Lost in the World

1st Semester Reflection

1. Quality of work When we first started completing projects, I would make sure i spent time to make sure the image in my head was being portrayed in my pieces. I could say that 9 out of 10 times, my work came out how i wanted it to. Other times i would spend too much time on something that wasn't going to work how i wanted. I completed all my work within the deadlines and spent time and put quality in my work for the viewer to see. I also followed all the assignments rules and went from there to make the image. 2. Effort I believe i go for a more convenient solution since i am very new to photoshop, and i don't really know all about photoshop. I plan for my projects for a day. I like to brainstorm and see what comes to my mind or discover my options. I have discovered variations of my ideas, but often i stay pretty plain or regular. Magritte

In Renee Magritte's artwork "Empire Of Light" he creates the illusion that its night and day. The streets reflect night time and the street post projects like as it is in the night. And the sky reflects the time of day when the sky is bright and blue and full of clouds. And we all know that you don't see a bright blue sky in the time of night. So you have to look at this image for a second to project what the illusion is.
